Order Processing

- Estimated Delivery Times: Delivery estimates for pre-order items are tentative and subject to manufacturer changes. For urgent needs, consider in-stock items, as delivery guarantees for pre-orders aren't provided.

- Tax-Exempt Customers: Notify us before placing an order if you're tax-exempt.

- Shipping Notifications: You'll receive an email with tracking information once your order is shipped. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours.

- Refunds: No refunds for delivery delays if items are returned or exchanged. Refunds are processed upon package inspection upon return.

- Manufacturer Delays: We are not responsible for delays caused by manufacturers, nor for any resulting business impact.

- Expedited Orders: No shipping refunds for delays in expedited shipping once items are dispatched. Orders placed after 11am EST might be processed the next day.

Delivery
- Signature Requirement: High-value items may require a signature upon delivery.

- Shipping Rates: Shipping rates are calculated in real-time by the carrier.

- Limited Shipping Locations: Currently, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or internationally.

- International Restrictions: Manufacturer warranties may not apply internationally. We're not responsible for lost international shipments once they leave the US.

Returns & Refunds
